and yes, it's currently kinda ugly but
1) it's unfinished and will look far better once complete
2) who cares, once we build our way out of the housing shortage we can start complaining about the aesthetics of new housing

although, a good way to ensure that this building fits the neighborhood character is to allow all of the other buildings on the block to easily add two more floors so they can house more people
