No. It is more similar to gene therapy.
Vaccines use attenuated virus along w/adjuvants to stimulate immune response into the creation of antibodies against that specific virus. This CV19 vaccine doesn’t do that and is experimental.

So, the EXPERIMENTAL vaccine doesn't give immunity.

Doesn't prevent death.
Doesn't guarantee you won't get COVID.
