What are the greatest hurdles in raising good, faithful men in the Church today?

There is a lot of brokenness, I’ve found, in men in the Church as it relates to sexuality. How do you handle this? What are things to absolutely NOT do/say and what is good?

There is also brokenness with women of course. Not saying one is worse than the other. This has just been particularly fascinating to me
