1) Wow! Case before UN Inter-American Council shows how @USBPChief himself & other @CBP leaders obstructed justice & covered up the extrajudicial killing of a migrant by over a dozen Border Patrol agents when they beat & tased him to death in 2010. His is huge.

3) It’s the Critical Incident Investigative Team. It was used to cover up evidence of agent crimes and to tell management what the FBI or other investigation teams have on the agents so they could develop a plan. It is still being used today to coverup crimes.

6) As I’ve been saying for years, this illegal unit is how @USBPChief has gotten away with killing over 112 people (migrants and citizens) and only 2 agents have ever been convicted of anything. (Those 2 agents were just pardoned by Trump.)

7) This is Anastacio Hernandez Rojas. He was a pool restoration worker, father of five and husband. He lived in San Diego for over 20 years.

8) This is his beating. He was in custody, handcuffed behind his back, agents kneeled on his neck and back for over 20 minutes, kicked & punched him and then he was tased 4 times. Agents claimed he was fighting the whole time.

10) . @USBPChief ordered agents to use an administrative immigration order and CIIT unit to obtain Anastacio’s medical records before investigators got it and then refused to turn it over to them obstructing justice. CIIT Border Patrol agent was present at autopsy even though

11) it was Border Patrol who was being investigated. Border Patrol CIIT also say in on interviews with witnesses and obstructed the investigation by refusing to turn over video evidence and allowing evidence to be taped over. @CBP ordered agents to swarm witnesses who watched

12) the beating to be dispersed. Agents grabbed witnesses’ cell phones and erased video and pics of the beating. @USBPChief claimed Anastacio on meth, but video does not show this. Additionally, EMS and ER doctors pumped lots of drugs into him to restart his heart. It is not

13) clear when blood sample was taken, but was definitely after drugs given by EMS. All witnesses contradicted this idea that he was on drugs as did many agent testimonies. Justice delayed is justice denied. #HonorFirstIsALie
