Privilege vs Abuse

Privilege is when you have the luxury of hearing a person’s trauma without getting triggered.

Abuse is when a woman describes a real world experience and you accuse her of emotional manipulation.

AOC is boxed into an impossible position.

She is either broken by trauma or is being manipulative for some sort of gain.

This is why sexual abuse survivors are silent in their suffering.

Society brutally punishes them for their truth.

We must do better.

Abuse is when you dismiss the trauma as fake just because you were not there to witness it.

Especially when you later attack a survivor (David Hogg) with that idea.

Abuse is when you minimize trauma and accuse the victim of hyperbole.

In summary, we as a caring society must hold abusers in the media and politics accountable.

The abused are forced into silenced and prolonged suffering otherwise.

This means Dems and Republicans alike, must recognize the folly of enabling abuse.

Your call, America.
