Over the next decade, #UTM has committed to:
• increase teleworking by 25% to limit emissions and reduce commuting stress
• expand the carpool program as part of a goal to decrease single-occupancy vehicles commuting to campus by 10%

The Principal’s Sustainability Advisory Committee spent a year consulting with #UTM students, staff and faculty to set goals.

The new goals complement initiatives already running on the 225-acre campus, including bee farms that produce almost 1,000 pounds of honey annually.
