Congress can pass a 120 day pre-foreclosure period at the end of COVID forbearance to prevent unnecessary foreclosures and allow homeowners to work out an agreement with their lender at the end of the forebearance. #ProtectHomeowners #ForeclosureCrisis
Homeowners who obtained forbearance last March will continue to be vulnerable this spring as vaccinations lag and the #COVID19 pandemic rages on. We hope that @CoriBush will push Congress for an immediate extention of forbearance protection beyond 12 months. #ForeclosureCrisis
