I’m a day late because that’s what this year has been, but #NationalGirlsAndWomenInSportsDay is something close to my heart. I found my way to sports early with a brother that never complained about his little sister tagging along to his practices. And as I got older
I had a family that encouraged me to be the best I could in everything I did. I owe my career to @CurtMillerWBB for seeing a heard headed player that was willing to work.
I found my place in strength and conditioning thanks to men that saw the value and knew women needed a seat at the table. They encouraged me to stay with it, to stand out and to not be afraid @coachkennyrtw
The head coaches I have worked for have embraced me, taught me so much about myself and their sports, and made me be a better human, coach and role model @CoachHugerBG @Matt_ISUSoccer @ClintWallman @CoachCastle @CoachStephD in addition to many many others.
Finally, to my female athletes, I am so proud of the way you stand up to challenges. You make me be a better person so that we can continue to grow and make the world a better place. Strength is for all, and I’m so excited for these strong women to go out into the world.
