As we can see from numerous videos of the evacuation most people were calmly milling about more confused than anything

Snopes runs "fact check" claiming an opinion is false to defend her

Most people were not scared and many were just standing around

AOC is claiming to be terrified during this and that may be true, maybe she was scared

Did she not come out when they called the evacuation? That could make sense as to why a Capitol officer had to retrieve her and why she would not have noticed people standing in the hallways
