—said that it was consensual. haru just didn't want to be an emotional outlet for aki, hence why he refused and pushed aki away. he knew that aki wouldn't mean anything afterwards if they've done it right then and there because his buttons were triggered.
akihiko was afraid to lose haruki to the ex girlfriend. the news of haru playing support for another band made him think that haruki is replacing Given with another band. aki was afraid if haruki enjoys music while he's being a support, he would eventually leave Given.
after the scene, akihiko immediately apologised and made it clear to haru that haruki couldn't patch his wounds for him. hence why he said "telling you won't solve anything", because akihiko knows that he ought to fix himself first in order to keep haruki by his side.
