🅼🆂; They have both the #5,000 and #7,000 per night rooms. I stayed in one of the 7k rooms because I wanted AC and a personal bathroom. The 5k rooms were quite decent as well but some had shared bathroom.
(Be sure to ask for a discount if you’re staying 2 nights or more)

🅵🅳: Breakfast costs #1,500 per person (buffet style) and oh it was served in the garden. Beautiful view, I must say 
(It was one of the highlights of my stay)

🅺🅸🅽🅶🆂; Yes, you do have to book ahead. You don’t have to pay upfront though but you should call (we almost didn’t get a room because we didn’t book ahead as there were a number of people visiting that weekend).

There’s also a number of places to see around town (Osun groove, Nike Art gallery, the Tie-dye workshop and if you want to explore their night life; Ask for directions to Graffiti or Firewood (I personally loved it at Firewood)
Overall, it was a very good experience and I totally recommend plus my whole staycation cost me about #19,800 (Transport, accomodation, feeding, touring around etc) so 8/10, I recommend.
