Prof. Ingrid Visseren-Hamakers from @Radboud_Uni very clear : there is no dichotomy between what the farmers and the consumers needs.
Maybe only the price could be a problem but it can be tackled through public policies.
Dr. Johan Rockström from @PIK_Climate put it straight : emergence of new diseases comes from our overexploitation of nature. @HerbertDorfmann, this is science!
