This album could still grow on me as I’ve listened to it pretty recently, but I think even if it did it would be last for me still. He goes for a very pop-heavy sound which is fine and enjoyable, but it’s just not what I prefer from Abel

5. Beauty Behind The Madness
The album that catapulted Abel into the true mainstream. He goes away from his darker side just a little bit, which I love, but it’s still an amazing album. So many hits on this album it’s ridiculous.

4. My Dear Melancholy,
Abel’s return to dark and moody music was exactly what fans of his wanted. Even though it’s a short album it’s still one of his best. It includes some of his best vocal performances as well imo.

The first time I listened to Kiss Land I wasn’t a huge fan. Nothing clicked at first, then after multiple listens it’s become one of my favorites by Abel. Trilogy feels like you’re in a cluttered room while Kiss Land feels like you’re driving through the city.

Nothing short of an amazing and eventually classic album imo. The character Abel creates is amazing as he takes you through a story of heartbreak. Has been on repeat all last year and not planning on stopping anytime soon.
