Defense lawyer for Fellows: He didn't know the FBI wanted to arrest him or he would have turned himself in. He has his own business. He is now confined at his mother's address in the Northern District of NY.

AUSA: The defendant repeatedly attempted to evade law enforcement. He said he was in Pennsylvania. He was told there was a warrant. He was found at a random hotel near a shopping mall, with things hidden under a candy machine (?)

AUSA: He erased his phone. He should be under home detention. He has not been ousted by his mother... Yet. She does not want him longer than two weeks. But the address is still good for now.
