Alright let's recap the evidence on the use of "puberty blockers" (aka GnRHa) for children with gender dysphoria. We know a good deal (if not majority) of children with GD will desist later in life without any interventions. #MedTwitter #TransHealthCare 
We know GnRHa will almost certainly put children with GD on a path to transitioning (with cross-sex hormones/surgery and all the risks associated with that). GnRHa do not have any inherent beneficial effect on the mental health, dysphoria of children with GD,
but do negatively effect bone development. So, we are willing to use an intervention that has no known benefit, but with serious side effects, with the only purpose of leading children to the path of transitioning even though a good deal of them would not have needed it
in the first place. This is madness, and it's frankly disturbing that the wider medical community remains silent on this even though people that were harmed by these reckless experimental treatments have already come forward
