Be a fan, never a Bhakt. Have always maintained it. Things hurt a lot less then.

To all those who are reacting to the tweets today, must understand at the level of celebs, the privilege is so much that nothing makes a difference. It's all about exchanging favours & PR.
Whenever power will change hands, views may change too. We must accept it as well. When we will accept the fact their tweets may really not be their own thoughts, such tweets will also lose their value.

Rest abuse of any kind doesn't help regardless of the outrage maybe there.
It only spoils mental peace. Largely, in India, we shouldn't expect much from celebs outside of their field of expertise. Cricketers haven't even spoken out against the board even in the darkest of times, speaking against govt is an imaginary possibility.
Every time we entertain the thought of a cricketer speaking out, we should just look at Harsha Bhogle post 2016. It's not ideal, but what is.

Just don't abuse & put labels. That's all I ask for. End of.
