Then there's the fact that these officers never actually responded to the 911 call that brought them there. Before even getting in the building they provoked a conflict with an innocent person who was not involved in the incident they were ACTUALLY there to respond to. 2/
They tackled a man to the ground without saying a word to him! Adrian Drakeford no connection to the 911 call. He lived across the hall from the woman who said she was being held. Did they even ask him that? No. They started a physical altercation with an innocent man instead. 3/
The officers never found or talked to the 911 caller or determined if she was in danger. The same thing happened in the Justine Damond murder. The police never investigated the sexual assault Justine called in. Instead, they killed the 911 caller. 4/
MPD detained Adrian, arrested his brother Terrance (who was objecting to their treatment of Adrian), and tried to detain their brother who did the recording. Terrance was charged with "obstructing the legal process." So this whole incident instigated a tangential arrest. 5/
So, they never investigated the incident inside. A woman called 911 and needed help. Instead, they picked a fight with an innocent man and arrested his brother for disobeying them. Charges were later dropped. 6/
Like his neighbor, Adrian also called 911 that day to report that his car had been broken into. But the police didn't bother to respond to that. So that's two 911 calls at that address that were not responded to. Instead, they put him in handcuffs. 7/
The people at the scene were telling them what was happening but they refused to listen. They are outwardly dismissive and hostile. Officer Realivasquezsays, "He came out with a knife, dude." But actually, he didn't. There was no knife. 8/
The police report text tells us how cops think. They accuse people of "foul language." Is that a crime? They are always condescending. It's all about power and keeping people in their place.

How often does this happen and we never hear about it? 9/
