But that’s exactly what @CUBoulder did to John Eastman after he gave a 3 min speech at Donald Trump’s Jan. 6 rally, well before the political violence that followed.
The reasoning? “Terrible press,” the school’s “reputation,” and pressure from “supporters” of the Benson Center.

Today, FIRE wrote to @CUBoulder, explaining that Eastman’s speech did not amount to unlawful incitement within the meaning of the First Amendment.
