How to Stop Worrying

1. Yoga
2. Exercise
3. Be Present
4. Make your happiness priority

Worry is mental self torture.

Created by uncontrolled fears.

Everyone suffers from it

But you don't need to be crippled by it

Here's what I did to stop mine
1. Yoga

I spend 30 minutes a day doing the following routine.

- Cobra Pose 10mins
- Child's Pose 10 mins
- Corpse Pose 10mins

Each pose focuses on deep relaxation and stress relief.
2. Exercise

Honestly I don't really follow a strict exercise routine.

I simply make sure to keep moving everyday.

Sometimes I go for hour long walks

Other times I'm working out

It depends on the day
3. Be Present

I ask myself two questions

- What am I feeling?
- What am I thinking?

Then I notice how I automatically respond.

Whatever your answer is

Stay judgement free

Just observe
4. Happiness

You already know what makes you happy.

You do things that make you unhappy.

Do things that make you happy.
I used to worry a lot in the past but now I take things as they are

Not how I think it will be.
