2/ HB 1091 - Reducing GHG emissions by reducing the carbon intensity of transportation fuel.
A.K.A Clean Fuel Standard.
It’s not perfect, but the rules “must reduce the GHG emissions attributable to each unit of fuels to 10% below 2017 levels.”
CCUS is allowed as GHG reduction.

4/ HB 1099 - Update to the states’s planning framework to improve the state’s climate response.
Series of amendments to guide plans & regulations which adds a point about climate change adaptation & mitigation, GHG reduction, environmental, economic and human health & safety.

7/ HB 1287 concerning preparedness for a zero emissions transportation future - focuses on the creation of a public mapping & forecasting tool for charging infrastructure for EVs. Utilities required to analyze how they’ll support ZEVs. & more in this bill.
9/ SB 5141 - HEAL Act or “Implementing the recommendations of the environmental justice task force.”

12/ HB 1216 - Concerning urban and community forestry. This bill encourages biodiversity, urban forest establishment and consideration when planning, evergreen community designations, and a lot more.

14/ HB 1084 - Reducing statewide greenhouse gas emissions by achieving greater decarbonization of residential and commercial buildings.

16/ HB 1103 - Improving environmental & social outcomes with the production of building materials. Also known as “Buy Clean and.
