Now, McConnell...ONE GUY, in the MINORITY, can block all non-budget legislation without having to do anything.
But, you know what can’t be filibustered? Judges! No filibustering of judges. Simple majority gets them through, because Mitch didn’t want Dems to block horrid judges.
