It's hard not to see the gendered aspect to how some of my Specialty's concerns throughout the pandemic have been dismissed.
Would our concerns about staffing been listened to? If they had recognised that we are experts, would they have factored in training time for new staff?

I constantly hear about how anyone could do our job. But when it comes down to it, they just can't. If they could, they'd be doing it by now.
