Chelsea were fresh off the 10th place finish in the league when he took over a switch to a back 3 set them on a 13 game winning streak,He delivered the League title in his first season and the FA cup in his second before being sent packing back to Italy
2.Ancelotti
He guided Chelsea to their first league and cup double in their history in his first season scoring a record breaking number of goals,A trophyless second season earned him the sack in the Tunnel after an away loss to Everton.He has been successful since.
1.Mourinho (1st spell)
Built the tightest defence the league has ever seen conceding 15 goals all season (04/05).he reached 2 CL semi-finals losing both to Liverpool (Ghost goal&on penalties)Won 6 trophies in 3 years and never lost a game at Stamford bridge. Still sacked 😅
Moving onto Tuchel.His playing career ended at age 25 after a bad knee injury he began coaching in 2000 working with Stuggart’s youth teams he aided the development of future Bayern and Germany stars Mario Gómez and Holger Badstuber
He managed Ausburg II before taking over Mainz in 2009.He introduced his players to differential learning,A theory of sports science which is taught in Barcelona.they played on pitches with no width or depth,defenders carried tennis balls to stop them grappling attackers

Tuchel isn’t set on one formation he adapts his tactics to suit his own players and to try exploit weaknesses in the opposition.During his time at Dortmund he varied between 4-2-3-1,4-1-4-1 and 3-4-3
But he generally likes to play attacking football with huge emphasis on pressing and winning the ball back high up the pitch.he likes his holding midfielder to retain possession and rotate the ball (could be Jorginho/Kovacic) and the two players ahead of them are more attacking

He moved to PSG where getting big egos to play a collective game was not easy but he managed to stay in control well in the capital he guided them to the Ligue 1 title both his full seasons and he led them to their first ever CL final where they were just edged out 1-0.
In 2018-19 his side set the record for the most wins to start a top five European league season:
