I tried both single tweets and threads.
Most people suggest focusing on single tweets but for me, it was the opposite.
If you follow many accounts in a specific niche, after a while, they all look similar.

Again in this case quality > quantity
Most people recommend posting 30-50 comments per day on some big accounts so that you get noticed.
In the end, you will see below every post from a big account dozens of people posting comments.
