Ok let me debunk this dumb allegation . Firstly , I'd like to point out that you call yourself an ex-Muslim but can't understand that you can't quote a Hadith alone because other Hadiths can provide more context to a Hadith . https://twitter.com/ApostateAladdin/status/1356648250095329286
TBH , you completely misundetsood the Hadith about Aisha in Sahih Bukhari 484 . She didn't object to the Hadith .She clarified the Issue to other Muslims . As the website Bismikaallahuma says about this Hadith , " They remarked that when a woman or a dog, or a donkey passed in
front of a praying person, the latter’s prayer was nullified. She corrected their wrong understanding with sarcasm (by saying that they are equating woman with dogs) and said that when the Prophet(P) prayed his tahajjud (midnight voluntary prayers) in her room, her bed (where
she lay) was right in front of him. Hence, those Muslims were wrong in their understanding of the rules of nullification of salat: a salat is not nullified if a woman is in front of a praying person." And to prove his point Aisha mentions the example of her lying between him and
The Qibla . We have other narrations proving that Women don't annul prayers but rather divert Men .I will quote some of them .
Narrated ‘Aisha:
The Prophet used to pray while I was sleeping across in his bed in front of him. Whenever he wanted to pray Witr, he would wake me up
and I would pray Witr .
Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 9, Number 491

-Narrated ‘Aisha “I used to sleep in front of Allah’s Apostle with my legs opposite his Qibla(facing him); and whenever he prostrated, he pushed my feet and I withdrew them and whenever he stood, I stretched them
‘Aisha added, “In those days there were no lamps in the houses.”
Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 9, Number 492 .
Narrated ‘Aisha: (the wife of the Prophet) Allah’s Apostle used to get up at night and pray while I used to lie across between him and the Qibla on his family’s bed.
Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 9, Number 494
As for the Hadith you mentioned in your first Tweet , We have Sahih Muslim 790 who says:
Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah (May peace be upon him) said: "A woman, an ass and a dog disrupt the prayer, but something like the back of a saddle guards against that."
Imam Nawawi, a famous Scholar writes in his commentary to this hadith from Sahih Muslim;

"Here disruption only means to have a negative effect on the prayers by the way of occupation of heart in these things." (Sharah Al-Nawawi 2/266).

As for the Black Dog hadith , Islam doesn't say that Black Dogs are devils . But that Devils can take the forms of Black Dogs
Abu Taa’labat b. al-Khushani said: “I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying: “Jinn can be seen in three forms: form of black dogs and snakes, a form
a form flying in the air, and a form coming and going“
Sahih Ibn Hibban (6156), Al-Tabarani’s al-Kabeer 22/214, Mustadrak al-Hakim 456/2, and said: This Hadith is authentic in chain, though they did not record it.
So to summarize :
-Aisha clarified this issue by giving examples that Women can't annul the Prayers of Men showing all the Knowledge of Aisha
-It was misunderstood by Some Muslims
-Women , donkeys , dogs only divert the attention of Men in prayers
-Black Dogs are not the Devil
And in only one Tweet , brother @TheRadMadLad1 refuted @ApostateAladdin 😂😅 .That's how easy it is to refute Murtadds https://twitter.com/TheRadMadLad1/status/1356894387381411841?s=20
Another finding from @Alif92825064 who completely destroys the argument put forward by this Murtadd https://twitter.com/Alif92825064/status/1356906979378098178?s=20
