Signs of Foundation Problems : A THREAD

Foundation is a component below the ground level which ultimately takes all the load of your house and transfer it to the soil.
Causes of foundation problems include: 1/3
poor house drainage, building on expansive soil, long term static loads of the house(self weight of the house),faulty design and poor practice of construction, extension of the house which increases the load on the foundation, growth of trees and their roots around the house 2/3
sometimes excessive forces of nature.

Therefore, before you buy an old house or as you stay in yours .... kindly look out for them. 3/3
