what happened 2 shigarakis eyebrows , a thread
okay this is just a theory that was halfway put together like last week (?) so it may be a little messy but i just wanna go into detail abt it now ig so dont b mad at me 
even though i talk about it from time to time, i don't think a lot of people realized that tomura doesn't have eyebrows so these are just some comparison pics where it shows a lot
im gonna start off with how shigaraki scratches himself as a way of punishing himself or just expressing emotions. and the bigger emotion , the worse the scratching gets. so with that id like 2 bring attention to the level of emotion he felt when his quirk suddenly manifested 
his incessant scratching habit was becoming much much worse and the damage that couldve to the skin around his eyes is horrifying to say the least but if you look closely , you can see that his eyebrows appear 2 be gone or almost gone at the same time that his hair
changes color / when his quirk manifests so it could be possible that they simply just fell out when his quirk began to manifest. yet at the same time, his skin appears to be in such a detrimental state that it wouldn't be too far of a stretch 2 say dat he scratched them off
adding onto that, when you have an ample amount of scar tissue around your eyes it can cause your eyebrows to not grow back so if they did fall out when his quirk manifested, then that could be an explanation as to why they don't grow back .
so to put it in simple terms, shigarakis eyebrows fell out when his quirk manifested and they didn't grow back due to the severe damage near that area OR shigaraki scratched his eyebrows out as a way of coping with the stress of commiting accidental family side
i think that's a really cool feature for hori 2 add in there tbh . i like how dat man's brain works ! anyway that's it lol (sorry 4 any typos)
