Seeing as there are an estimated 43.8M cancer survivors https://canceratlas.cancer.org/the-burden/cancer-survivorship/ using the most conservative prevalence for #Cancer #FearOfRecurrence (30%) that's about 13M people suffering from clinically significant #FCR! Hopefully a useful stat for your next paper or grant
