The two most at risk groups are people over 65 and people under 65 with a health condition.

3) #HighRiskNY I am also distressed that indoor dining will be opening up for #ValentinesDay while we are told to stay at home indefinitely with no current path to vaccination.
We all know this is immoral, unethical, wrong in every way possible.
