One measure bans dropboxes for mail-in ballots, making it harder for people who don't have mailboxes or other local drop-off site, particularly the elderly.
Of course, one seeks to re-establish the excuse requirement for an absentee ballot, moving the state away from the mail-in voting that many states enjoy.
Hardly surprising, after the GOP joined #Trump's lies, telling Republicans mail-in voting is rife with fraud, despite multiple agencies, including independent conservative ones, like the Heritage Foundation, have never found any significant evidence of fraud in U.S. elections.
The total known instances of fraud discovered amount to about 0.00005% of votes cast, making it completely insignificant and nothing more than an excuse to restrict voter access. https://twitter.com/YangDailyCast/status/1284683224736690176
But the most blatant restriction being proposed is a measure to prevent #AutomaticVoterRegistration when they getting a driver’s license.

Now, just to make sure I wasn't being unreasonable, I looked up the reasons for opposing automatic voter registration.
All but one of them were complete nonsense about infringing on a person's right to not vote. So, don't. The only potentially valid one was that you can get a driver's license without proof of #citizenship.
First, this isn't a concern because, as we discussed, people trying to vote illegally is so rare it doesn't matter.

But, second, I checked the #Georgia DMV website and, guess what you need to get that license?
You need ORIGINAL documentation showing your

identity,
residential address,
Social Security number,
AND U.S. citizenship

That's pretty much every document that could possibly prove identity and citizenship!
And, perhaps that's why if you try to register to vote online in Georgia, IT REQUIRES A DRIVER'S LICENSE FOR ID!!

So... yeah. I'm gonna go ahead and call outright #VoterSuppression here.
