What does good leadership look like? Involve people in a meaningful way-part of the process/ Decisions. Give people appropriate roles and structures to work with. Don’t dehumanise them eg run around doing tasks below their abilities for people who know less than they do.
What does good leadership look like? Valuing people and showing it through Listening, decency, honesty. Work with people. If there is a problem identify the cause, deal with it and don’t ever assume its the person that is the problem . Support people with their goals.
