Why does your push for opening schools not include eliminating the spread of the virus?
Teachers I love in multiple states are forced to work in person when there are still 100,000+ new cases a day. 1000s of us are dying a day.
Shut down the country.

Schools that are open are having to deal with quarantining teachers and a lack of subs. One of my friends is having to cover another class because two teachers are out quarantined.
We want to open schools, but that means we have to stop the virus.

We had about 2,000,000 new cases.
Shut down the country.
Americans are dying. Businesses are shuttering.

Look to the success stories.
New Zealand did NATIONAL lockdowns. Their schools are open. Have been since sept.

Schools in the US have stayed closed or opened and then closed.
We haven’t had a day with less than 100,000 new cases since early November.

We haven’t had a day with less than 10,000 new cases since March.

Shut down the country. Then we can open.
Their deaths are your legacy.
