3/5 Foreign minister stated that there is at present considerable doubt as to the exact content of the crime, and still no ICC practice.
4/5 Minister: Denmark’s opinion that IL allows humanitarian interventions in extraordinary situations without UNSC mandate, such as Kosovo 1999, Syria 2013.
5/5 Government’s view is that such humanitarian armed interventions are not covered by crime of aggression, but uncertainty would hinder Danish participation in military operations, including humanitarian ones.
