They'll obviously have to update a lot of things but I hope they do what they did years back & travel to each stadium for home games so they can get audio specific to each.

Scouting as a coach should be changed completely.
You never know exactly what you get until the player is on campus.
Scout to find a general range of what a guy can be, better you are the more narrow the range but no specific numbers

At the very least allow the HC to be in charge of who is his OC/DC, allow more variety and let these coaching decisions influence the game too. Coaches should have a loyalty and recruiting area rating. Longer a coach recruits one geographic area better relations are formed
Playoffs obviously are included but allow us to expand the playoff in the settings, get rid of minimum requirement for conferences and allow us to be able to delete or create conferences if we want, or let us make all teams independent and watch the chaos that ensues
Prospects should be able to sign early on NSD, unsigned prospects should be able to flip after committing, and unsigned prospects that don't go anywhere should be JUCO prospects the years after.
Transfer portal should be included and there should be different ways to recruit them and different reasons they're on the market. Recruiting a kid fresh out of HS and one leaving a program are different, they're at different stages in life and the game should reflect that
If you create a recruit you should also be allowed to pick what schools interest him at the start and what pitches work best with him.
Uniform variety had to be accurately reflected now, way too many uniform combos to only allow 3 per school in the game. Get all of them for each school.
Fix the MLB that has a 14 foot vertical from NCAA 14. I love the game but having superman intercept passes over the middle was ridiculous.
Allow a way to create playbooks in the game that allow us to make sure blocking assignments are correct while also implementing option looks. I want to run a double pass or trick plays that are more complex than the flea flicker.
Keep and update the greatest games ever played system to allow videos, highlights, or even the full game replay to stay. Loved going back and seeing the random games played that ended up being the best ones played on the profile. Would love to see those more in depth
