Learning how to design your environment to get into the flow state has changed my productivity, astronomically.
The term coined by Mihaly Csikszentmihaly (what a name).
1. Set a clear goal for your allotted time slot and what you want to achieve from it.
2. Make sure you’re tackling in which the challenge level matches or slightly exceeds your skill level.
3. Utilise pomodoro and your phone’s airplane mode / do not disturb to avoid any distraction.
Rinse and repeat.
