As a lifetime Valencia CF fan, I'd love to know where Los Ches are as a club right now. Stadium, which should be there for a long time now, is nowhere to be found. It's an endless rollercoaster, with more downs than ups in recent times.
Every time I think something is going to change for the better, we're being kicked in the ass. We, fans. I still wonder what we'd had to do; what would need to happen.
You know what's my biggest problem with Valencia since Juan Bautista Soler Luján - and then Peter Lim - took over? The goal. What was THE goal of Valencia in the last, let's say, 15 years? What IS the goal now?
You could easily build (and keep) an incredibly strong team here. Valencia was on the top of the world. We never paid as much as others, always being a springboard for the likes of “El Guaje” or Mata.
Sometimes even against their will. They wanted to stay here. Teams like Real Madrid or FC Barcelona paid us A LOT. What was done to this club devastates you.
I'd love to hear a concrete reconstruction plan. With Mateu Alemany as CEO you had a clear vision. He's been sitting in front of you for 85 minutes and you knew that everything he says is true.
A fish stinks from the head. Even The Basement Jaxx wouldn't find it. Peter Lim is an absentee.
Right hand is the key in business. Transparency. Then you have a plan and project that is logical, doable and true. LaLiga is as even as never. Champions League guarantees you more money than ever. Getting into a football abyss once brings you down whenever you want to get up.
I think we have the right coach. A good one. I also think that the team was absolutely disassembled from the inside. Losing Garay, Kondogbia, Coquelin, Parejo, Ferran, Rodrigo and signing no one is a self-destruction in the making. Hopefully four players have arrived. Good ones.
I have no fucking idea what's on the horizon now. But I can't wait to see it, anyway.
