Incoming rant:
I posted some shots to Reddit and someone had the audacity of basically disregarding the entire virtual photography community, acting like this is something anyone can do and that virtual photography doesn’t require talent. 1/3
2/3 Virtual photography is just as much an art form as anything else, and we are just as talented at what we do as other artists, so to see people completely disregard the time, effort and talent that every virtual photographer puts into their shots makes me absolutely furious!
3/3 And we have just as much right to watermark and protect our work from theft as any other artist. Even if we didn’t make the game, we did create these shots and that shouldn’t be disregarded.
Alright, this is the end of my rant. I’m just fuming at this level of ignorance.
Imagine someone saying to a photographer that their photo of a building isn’t “theirs”, because they didn’t build it. That’s how ridiculous this argument is.
Okay, now my rant is over.
