I'd like to talk about AS Monaco's Guilian Biancone:
Currently on loan at Cercle Brugge, I think the young French right-back has some incredible abilities, and even further incredible potential to go onto big things in the future

Analysis thread:
Biancone is capped for the French U19's side and has spent the last two seasons out on loan from Monaco with their partner club Cercle Brugge.
At 21-years old, GB has a lot of room for further growth. However his current game is fairly impressive already.

His height at 6ft 2" makes him able enough in the air, & compared to the league average I think he copes well here. The most impressive stats for Biancone are definitely his on the ball abilities.
Crossing, key passing, dribbling & progressive runs are all key parts to his game.

As shown here, he's capable of playing at RB in a 4, or as a RWB with the abilities he has in the creation aspect of the game.
STRONG POINTS:
Crossing, Key Passing, Aerial Duels & Progressive Runs.
I'll use video data to highlight some of these abilities later on in this thread.

ISSUES:
From a #Rovers perspective, I don't know if this is a plausible one. The glass ceiling for a player like Biancone is far higher than the Championship, but perhaps a year here would be good for his development.
He lacks experience & the chances of getting him are slim.

His crossing abilities shine through as mentioned, and you can see exactly what I'm talking about here:
But also off the ball, on the ball and progressive movement is a key element to Biancone's game. He is fairly speedy, but also makes intelligent runs both with and without possession that helps the team move forward up the pitch
From his two senior goals you can see that he definitely doesn't suffer from one-footedness. Two near identical left-footed finishes here from outside the box show a wide range of skills:
Defending? Well this is an interesting one. Whilst he wins a lot of his tackles, Biancone's tackling style is very aggressive. His foul rate is well above league average, but his willingness to run in defensive areas and sliding tackle abilities are commendable.
To round up, GB is a mightily impressive player. I think he's definitely going to grow into a reputable career - and whether a loan move to somewhere other than Brugge is possible I really don't know.
For now, I've requested him on the @FIVE__YARDS platform of course
