Hotel quarantine of international arrivals, but not of cases in the community, is, to me at least, a very odd policy to back.

UK has possibly lower than 20% adherence to self-isolation.

Where is the clamour to offer hotel accommodation to community cases..?
So much focus is on cases & new variants coming in, but many seem to have forgotten about the cases at home..

If we're serious about 'unlocking' while keeping cases lower & reducing the chance of vaccine resistant mutants to arise, we must action PH policies for community cases.
