You'll get paid for high-value keywords.

3: Get pageviews

My blog was my life. It was a part of me. Make your blog a part of you.

Be a sucker for pageviews.

Get on social. Buy ads if you want.

Your buyer will pay handsomely for eyeballs on pages.

4: Write, don't just "plan"

I didn't plan. Didn't wireframe. Didn't do a bunch of research.

Those are excuses for stalling.

Just fucking start. Write. Write often. Write from the heart.

5: Know your blog's WORTH

Monetize the hell out of your blog. Track income.

Create your media kit (pageviews, social cred, email list #s, etc)

Your blog has endless potential to make money.

Ad networks provide consistent revenue. With lots of traffic, it's a mountain of cash. Passive income.
