'...if somebody's hit on the...road or tractor...or anything, it won't be the same,” the expert said. “It won't have that beautifully explained inverted margins, it'd be a wide wound. They've not recorded grazed abrasions anywhere, which would suggest a sliding fall on the road.' https://twitter.com/HartoshSinghBal/status/1356623098288562177
'“They shot at him from the side, from the grills … After he was shot, the tractor toppled, and he died on the spot.” Harmanjit added, “Then they tried to seize the body. They beat us with sticks and stones, but we did not let them take the body.'
The Delhi Police has denied the allegations of the eyewitnesses and the family. Jasmeet Singh, DCP for Delhi’s central district, told The Caravan that “no bullet was fired.” Referring to the post-mortem report, the DCP said that it “clearly states the cause of death.”
'the farmers unsuccessfully attempted to see the CCTV footage...Then, a force of around 20 officials entered One of them removed the hard disk... placed it within his chest shield, and walked out.' the footage that 'appeared' later was not from these cameras
few points regarding the delhi police attempts to railroad their version. on 26th on one side there were eyewitnesses (we have one on camera) who said there was firing, on the other footage still unsourced & unclaimed which doesn't contradict this only shows a tractor turn turtle
next day a post-mortem is done in UP and again forensic pathologists disagree with claim that it rules out bullet injury, against this background the attempt to stop reportage on this story, to prevent the family from airing their views, has no justification.
