More than 20 tractors are missing.
When our farmers went to find their tractors they too were arrested.

Some farmers were arrested when they got off from train.

According to Home ministry, Only 115 people are in police custody. These people were arrested, tortured and not even a single person was sent for medical examination.

We demanded that govt should form medical board and we demanded that parents should be allowed to meet people who are in prisons.

Rajinder said:
Everyone who is arrested whether went on planned route or not on planned route is our man.

Farmer leaders said they will provide every possible help to the arrested people. Food, clothes, medical examination, legal assistance and everything will be provided by SKM.

Farmer leaders will file Habeas corpus in court for missing person.

Police have booked most people under 307 of IPC.

Farmer unions legal team will file bail application for arrested people.
Unions said they expect sympathetic attitude from prosecution side.

Delhi govt’s Home ministry will help the farmers and it has assured that they will raise the issue with central Home ministry.

Farmer unions will demand release of 29 people who are kept in illegal custody. If they are not released then they will file habeas corpus in court.
