T levels will dip naturally once you pass about 30 but the mass drops are down to poor lifestyle
You address this & levels won't drop as much https://twitter.com/TheForeverAlpha/status/1356591918235455489

Beer, ales. bitter etc. especially needs to be avoided as very estrogenic!

Eat Healthier Fats
Not a great deal extra to add here other than make sure you are getting plenty of dietary cholesterol
As it's the building block of testosterone
So make sure you get plenty in your diet

Get To 15% BF Or Less
When you are above the 15% body fat mark
You not only have higher estrogen, your aromatase levels are really high as well
This is where testosterone is converted to estrogen
So not only does your estrogen become higher, your T is actively being lowered

Avoid As Much Plastic As Possible
Most definitely avoid plastic cups but ideally, you will remove as much plastic as your life from possible
The chemical in plastics, mimic estrogens & are endocrine disruptors
This means they ruin hormone production, lowering T production
