Working with segregationists to undo civil rights protections.

An excellent followup question from some of you: who would I pick?
Well, I wouldn't appoint anyone to most of these departments.
I would just fire the heads, undo those departments' regulations, and encourage Congress to end them to save taxpayers even more money.
