Our Head of Product will be the most senior voice of the user in the council. You'll build a product team and community from scratch, also leading design, research and business analysis. You'll care deeply about user need and service delivery to our residents and staff.
Our Head of Data will lead a wide-ranging data function including architecture, engineering and analysis. You'll champion the role of data across the org; build things which help us better use and share data; help us understand and improve our services; and open us up.
Our Head of Delivery is a cracker of a job, leading on bringing agile ways of working to the council and on introducing digital delivery practices. You'll also lead all our corporate work - overseeing our digital investment work, commercial activity, and portfolio management.
Our Head of Tech will lead software development, technical & cyber architecture, and all our tech support functions. It's a huge job where you'll need to set strategy, help us move to the cloud, run a load of business-critical services, and reform our legacy estate. No small ask!
