More than half the population of Nigeria lives in multidimensional poverty but Nigerian youths will come online and tweet as tho they don't know any poor person, claim you shouldn't have a gf if you don't have money and dare not marry if you don't earn 300K per month. Deluded lots
Even in this very expensive Abuja, there are poor people, poor young people in fact surviving on less than 30K per month.

In fact, there are extremely poor people sandwiched between expensive neighborhoods like Maitama,Asokoro etc

It is the reality and not your stupid delusions
Most of these people are poor not because they don't work hard but because Nigeria has failed them

So they should forgo all the basic needs of man like companionship simply because they're poor? They shouldn't have gf,shouldn't marry?

Like, make dem just dey hustle till dem die
I've had the privilege (twisted as it is) to interact with the very poor of this country, way from my village and in Abuja when @Mazigburugburu1 gave me money to buy food items and go distribute in a poor neighborhood in Abuja. And there are LOT OF YOUNG PEOPLE living there.
Maybe their life is not the most comforting but they still live, they still have fun, they still experience genuine happiness and love.

While you're buying a 400K flat screen TV in Maitama, they're buying a 10K-20K old box-type TV and it makes them happy.
I saw a tweet earlier about not having s Girlfriend unless you have money and this thing has been vexing me because someone literally insulted me because I opposed the views in the tweet. You guys get enslaved to unrealistic standards and wonder why your lives are miserable
Here is one thing you don't know.A man who buys a bicycle in a village where most people walk will feel THE SAME LEVEL of happiness as someone who buys a Ferrari in Banana Island

You make it seem like those in agrarian societies with little material needs don't live normal lives
It is good to have money. Money makes life more comfortable, easier to live. But money definitely isn't the basis of happiness. There are studies on this

The companionship and community/family support that forms the basics of happiness is what you want to place a "class premium" on
You can educate those who don't have money about the flaws and dangers of having many offsprings they can't cater for. That is reasonable.

But you see all these benchmarks on marriage, relationship etc that is tied to money? It is as stupid as the delusional idiots who propagate it
Yen yen yen. "If you're not earning 20K, don't marry,if you don't have money, don't have a girlfriend, if you don't have money, you shouldn't be sleeping."

If you don't shut the f*CK up. Tell poor the 90+ million people in Nigeria to just hang themselves nau. Delusional f*ckers.
