For the past couple of months @kevinmgalang and I have been working on a no-code SaaS called Community Copilot.

The problem: Building an online community is hard. Community platforms are mainly one-size-fits-all. This means many members fall through the gaps.
I've heard several times that it's normal to have 25-50% of your community not engaged.

It's also accepted that some users will just be "lurkers".

I think these are both failings in online communities, not personality traits of members.
Our solution: A platform to give community managers a holistic understanding of their members. Most analytics tools just focus on the most engaged people and ignore the rest.

We want to focus on the whole community, and improve it for everyone.
We want to make it simple to thank the most engaged, encourage the lurkers, and reach out to the inactive members.

It will enable community managers to track user interests, preferences, skills, and needs, and suggest actions to take and introductions to make.
Its first customer will be me. I'm excited to use it for Launch MBA and improve the way I manage the community.

However I'm aware that I've broken my own (recent) rule of validating an idea before building.

So here's an attempt...
If you run a community on Circle or Slack and want to be a beta user, sign up here: http://communitycopilot.com

If you run a community on Circle or Slack and are so excited about this idea you are willing to put cash down now, go here: https://sneak-peek.io/product/community-copilot
Anyone who does put cash down now gets a $99 lifetime deal which is a steal!

And thanks to @marcusustwo and @JelmerPe for letting me try out their awesome http://sneak-peek.io ! 🎉
