Lot of talk about Brands last 24 hours. Personally i think he's done a good job in difficult circumstances with a bloated squad, on massive wages, he inherited. He's not a miracle worker! But if you just go by his record at his past two clubs he restructured them clubs from....
....the bottom up. Eventually leaving them in a better state as when he took over. He won the league in his 3rd season with Alkmaar then moved to PSV where he did the same and won 3 titles and a cup. Signing and developing a number of, now household names, along the way....
....like I'm not saying we are gonna win the league anytime soon but he is in his 3rd season at the club. And has been tied down with what he would probably want to do in order with being tasked with getting rid of the deadwood first...
...given time, and minus the constraints he's had, I'm confident he will have us in great shape.
