A minor tangent, but having my therapist diagnose my problem is childhood as traumatic opened up a door to healing I didn't know I needed. And my experiences weren't nearly as extreme as this. In truth we all have trauma of some kind or another, and it's treatable if we try. https://twitter.com/MalindaFrevert/status/1356443002533773314
I'm not even sure what I meant by "problem is childhood." Problematic, I guess? "Problems in?" Idk.

Also the thing is if you don't do anything to address your trauma all you end up doing is taking it out on yourself or on someone else. If you don't even see where your pain is coming from, you'll lash out at anyone who you can imagine might be to blame.
