Kicking off my #buildinpublic journey with a tour of my Notion. As a teacher, blogger, and freelancer I needed to design a workspace that allowed me to create "buckets" for all my responsibilities, but also allowed me to see everything I need to do at once.
With a lot of Youtube binging and help from @mariepoulin and @augustbradley I created the "Focus" column to keep me organized and productive when I need to be. My focus page is my favorite because I can literally "set it and forget it."
My "Today" page is also important because it helps me to start and end my day with intention, which is something I've been trying to accomplish forever.
If you found this helpful, I did a full tour of my "Focus" dashboards over on my blog called "How I'm Using Notion to Increase my Productivity in 2021" https://atakeslife.com/how-im-using-notion-to-increase-my-productivity-in-2021/
Special shout out for @thenotionbar for helping me realize I'm a gardener when it comes to Notion. I think it's great that people can build new systems from scratch. My brain can't comprehend all the possibilities, so it's nice to have a starting spot.
